Bee Remembered Always is here!

In last week’s blog, we introduced the inspiration behind our newest design direction—Cailín Garden Core, a heartfelt tribute to my father and his vibrant garden. We shared how his initials, REB, now stand for Remembering Every Bloom, a phrase that encapsulates his love of gardening and the life lessons sewn into every seed he planted.

This week, I’m honored to unveil the first official print in this memorial collection:

The Story Behind the Print

“Bee Remembered Always” isn’t just a fabric—it’s a garden of memory in full bloom. Inspired by my dad’s favorite flowers and the bees that always found their way to them, this print features golden bees dancing among sunflowers, zinnias, dahlias, and ripe red tomatoes—each bloom a symbol of love, growth, and story.

Concept: Twilight garden in cool, moody hues

Design Features:

• Navy or slate blue background
• Bees rendered in pale gold and cream, glowing against shadows
• Rich jewel-toned florals (magenta dahlias, ruby zinnias, golden sunflowers, vine-ripened tomatoes)
• Delicate white pollinator flight paths linking elements

Vibe: Sophisticated, romantic, cottagecore meets twilight

The bee, long a muse in fashion history, carries its own layered meaning. From Napoleon’s imperial robes to Gucci’s modern runway revival, the bee has come to represent not only royalty and elegance but sustainability, intention, and care—values that echo through my father’s legacy and into this design.

Printed on select pieces from this collection is a poem—a quiet remembrance for those who’ve sown beauty into the world:
